How Do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy.  Please browse through our catalog and search for the product you are looking for, add the parts to quote list, then submit the quote list with your contact information, then we will contact you as soon as we got the quote email. Or you can just email us at apincendo@gmail.com with the product number and your contact information.  

What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?

We will always be here at your service. Please send us an email with your contact information at apincendo@gmail.com or call us at 626-458-0927.  

How long does it take for you to process the order?

We process orders between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Eastern time from Monday through Friday.  If you place your order and contact us before 3:30 PM on a business day we will be able to process your order the same day.

How long does it take you to ship the order?

If the order is processed between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Eastern time from Monday through Friday, then we ship the order the same day.

What type of payment we accept? Oh, we accept all major credit cards; bank transfer; PayPal; C.O.D.
