Return and Refund Policy
Customers have 10 days after the receipt of the products to inspect, to either accept or reject them. Return of defective products shall be made only upon authorization of APGC.
For returns, obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number from APGC within the warranty period. A packing slip should have the original purchase order number and a RMA number. A description of any problems will be helpful if it is enclosed. Returned products can be exchanged, credited or refunded.
For credit card purchases, returned products can be exchanged or credited to your credit card. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your refund of purchase prices after acceptance of return products.
APGC is proud to guarantee that all products purchased from us shall be free from any defects in material and workmanship. We will only accept returns purchased directly from APGC, any products purchased from any third party are NOT eligible for returns. We will honor any returns of merchandise purchased from APGC from any defects or under it's original condition within 90 days. Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 30% restocking fee based on original purchase cost.
